Real passion for social media and effective use of new innovative recruitment methods like Linkedin and Twitter. Involved in different communities related to HR aspects and principally recruitment. Focused on visibility through social platforms and job boards.

Ability to make the match between candidates and companies, on a very human & qualitive way to develop win-win collaborations on long term. Background in IT recruitment with also a huge interest and expertise those last years in Top & Middle Management profiles (all sectors, all expertises).
